As the camping season comes to a close, we need to be thinking about winterizing your RV to make sure it is ready to go when spring finally rolls around. Winterizing your RV in a timely manner is key to preventing costly damage due to freezing temperatures. Have 406 Winterization conveniently come to you and check this task off your busy list. We travel with everything we need to get the job done.
TO-DO’S BEFORE WE ARRIVE:
-Empty gray and black holding tanks
-Confirm batteries are installed and charged
WHAT TO EXPECT:
-406 Winterization has the option to use regulated compressed air and or RV antifreeze to accommodate customer preference
-Drain and bypass hot water tank (if equipped w/bypass)
-Drain freshwater tank, freshwater lines and remove water filter (if equipped)
-Circulate nontoxic RV antifreeze to all water lines
-Fill all sink, shower and toilet traps with antifreeze
-Unhook and remove battery(s) if requested
